People tend to like things that are relatable and meaningful especially in the space that we work, we explore meaning making and the significance of how things get perceived based on how people understand and relate. (We love our metaphors! 😉 )Since the time I chose the name ” Beads”, I have been asked the question, ” Why the name Beads?” . The coach in me tempted to ask “What do you think?” but most importantly explorer in me ( I am an ENTP) dug a little deeper, knew it was coming not just from a place of liking, or something familiar; it was actually the way I created my reality of the world around me, stringing, weaving, tying thoughts, experiences & feelings just like beads.
As I explored and clarified to people around me, it was also re-affirming myself this is exactly what this new journey is all about, enabling and empowering learning journeys and growth journeys of people by exploring newer perspectives, asking, sharing and learning from the questions, the answers, the seen, the heard, the read, the tried, the succeeded, the failed of all those experiences around us.
Beads are such experiences, they come in all colours, shapes & forms and sizes, the related thoughts, after thoughts the feelings, emotions that are present all around us. When they are treated as just something ‘happened kinda’ experience they remain unnoticed and unrealised. But when we pay attention we may discover more about the beads, how they codify our potential. We become aware of the possibilities, these are turning point for transformation journeys. When we pay attention and realise the unrealised, we consciously work on meaningfully connecting one to another to make sense of our being, just like the beads, when they come together they transform into a thing of beauty, adding to the beauty, it evokes the better in us. We explore ways of bringing the learnings together in the most of beautiful of design that suits you.
Here at BeadsHR we take people on the exploratory journey inward through introspection & reflection with self, outward through observation & exploration with others and help them find the beads that are relevant. We enable them to design & string the beads, align them for ‘the purpose’, the fulfilling & thriving journey of growth.
Metaphorically yours, we “BeadsHR” enable people to discover the right beads and that are right for them for their context and empower them to design and wear it to stand out and Shine!
